Conditions of Sale

1. Contract

(1) These terms apply to all contracts of sale between the Company and the Buyer.

(2) The contract of sale shall be formed on the acceptance of the Buyer’s Order by the issue of a Sale Contract by the Company.

(3) No variation, waiver or addition to these terms shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing by the Company and all terms appearing in the Buyer’s Order or other documents which are inconsistent with these conditions shall have no effect.

(4) An Export Sale is a contract of sale where the goods are to be exported from Ireland whether on a C.I.F., F.O.B. or any other terms.
