Conditions of Sale
2. Condition
(1) If the contract price exceeds €20,000 this sale contract must be authorised on behalf of the Company by any one director of the Company. In the event that the sale contract in which the contract price exceeds €20,000 is not authorised by a director the said sale contract shall be voidable at the option of the Company. Should the Company exercise this option the contract shall be void and to no effect and neither party shall have any claim whatsoever against the other.
